As part of our 90th year celebrations all residential properties listed for sale between 1st April 2018 and the 30th September 2018 will be entered into two quarterly draws where the successful winners will pay a sale commission of only £90.00 (plus VAT. T&C’s apply)

As well as this offer Petty will be hosting a Charity Ball at The Fence Gate in September, a themed 1920’s day, a duck race, 3 Peaks Challenge and throughout the year are running a Facebook campaign encouraging people to send in pictures at the trig point on Pendle. They will then donate £1 for every picture, up to £500, to Pendleside Hospice who are celebrating their 30th year. All other monies raised will also be going to the hospice.
