We are proud to announce that we are one of the sponsors for this year’s Santa Fun Run being held by Lancashire-based cancer support charity Bosom Friends.
The Santa Fun Run which takes place in Barnoldswick on Sunday, December 6, will see a predicted 300 locals walk, jog and run to raise money for the Barnoldswick and Earby charity and we have kicked off the donations with a sponsorship contribution of £1,500.
Sharon Hurst at Bosom Friends said; “As the Fun Run involves local businesses and people of Barnoldswick the community spirit on the day is amazing from people volunteering their time, participating as a Santa or even watching and cheering everyone on.
“We’re very grateful to Petty’s for being a sponsor as obtaining sponsorship is so important for us as the money raised from the event goes towards continuing to provide support for people affected by cancer in the Pendle, Craven and Ribble Valley.”
Our very own Simon Morgan added: “The New Year marks the one year anniversary since we opened our Barnoldswick office and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than to support such a worthy local cause that is close to our hearts.”

The Bosom Friends Santa Fun Run is now in its third year and will start at West Craven High School with the finishing line located in Barnoldswick Town Square.
