Another staff member has been recognised by a national body for his customer service skills in helping people to relocate, taking the total of accredited Relocation Agents at Petty to 12.
The accreditation was awarded by Relocation Agent Network and is achieved by completing a comprehensive training programme.
Trainee Sales Negotiator, Harrison Smith has worked for us for almost two years and has personally managed the three relocations that are required to qualify for the ‘Customer Service Accreditation’ from the Relocation Agent Network.
