It’s been a month of successful passes for Petty staff this month with both Reece Farrar and Harrison Smith from our Burnley office gaining nationally recognised industry qualifications. 19 year old trainee sales negotiator Harrison Smith passed his NVQ in Customer Sales with a distinction, the fourth of Petty’s trainees to do so, and he gained his Relocation Agent Network accreditation.
Propertymark Qualifications offer specialist, regulated property qualifications that are completed flexibly through distance learning. This nationally recognised qualification takes about 120 hours of independent study and ensures that agents improve their existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential sales so they can stay at the top of their game and continue to learn.
Reece said “It took me about eleven months to complete all four units but they allow you three years to complete this level if necessary. It was quite hard work studying as well as working but I enjoyed it and really feel like it was worthwhile. I realise level four is even more hard work and can take twice as long but I’m looking forward to getting started. I think it’s important to continually learn and gain as much knowledge as possible. It ultimately helps Petty customers and gives them confidence that we are the best that we can be and it means we offer a great service. It also helps to further my own professional development and hopefully career”
