July saw us announce the first winner of our £90 commission offer. As part of our 90th year celebrations we stated that all residential properties listed between 1st April 2018 and the 30th September 2018 would be entered into two quarterly draws where the successful winners would pay a sale commission of only £90.00 (plus VAT). The first draw took place earlier this month and Sara and Michael Alexander of Beech Street Barnoldswick were the lucky winners. Sara said “We’re absolutely delighted and couldn’t believe it when Petty’s rang up to say we’d won. Moving house is always expensive so saving this amount of money is really going to help. We’ve not discussed it properly yet but I think it will go towards something for the new house”

We have many more events planned to celebrate our 90th year and are tying in many of the events with Pendleside Hospices 30th year anniversary and our Corporate Challenge effort and raising money at the same time. As well as this offer we will be hosting a Charity Ball at The Fence Gate in September( tickets still available) the 3 Peaks Challenge and Burnley 10k this weekend and throughout the year we’re running our Facebook campaign encouraging you all to send in pictures at the trig point on Pendle. We’re donating £1 for every picture, up to £500 and we’ve already had over 100 pictures sent in.
