ONE of our Sales Managers, has been recognised by a national body for her customer service skills in helping people to relocate.
Anne Marie Kendall has been part of our team for over 12 years and has personally managed about 20 relocations over the years, three of which were required for her to get her “Customer Service Accreditation” from the Relocation Agent Network.
“I’m really pleased to get my accreditation, as Petty are the area’s only selected Relocation Agent Network Local Experts and it’s an accolade we take very seriously,” said Anne Marie.
“The Relocation Agent Network is owned by Cartus and they are very particular about agents they choose, describing them as ‘The best of the best’.
“I’m passionate about east Lancashire and Burnley in particular. I think that this added to the fact that we also boast residential, letting and commercial divisions means we are uniquely placed to offer a broad overview of the east Lancashire property market, which is something that our clients value highly when they are relocating.
“I find that a lot of people that move away from Burnley usually want to come back within 5 years. It’s such a great place to live with great energy, friendly people, fantastic countryside, outstanding businesses – and pound for pound you get so much property for your money.”
Our director Simon Westwell, said: “The training Anne Marie undertook involved four stages, then she had to submit three property referrals that she had seen through to completion.
“Anne Marie is one of eight members of our team that are accredited by the Relocation Agent Network. The network has 650 other independent offices across the country, which significantly strengthens Petty’s offer locally and nationally.”
A spokesperson for the Relocation Agent Network said: “We are pleased to confirm that Anne-Marie has successfully concluded the training programme and as such, is now an accredited ‘Relocation Agent Specialist’. By completing our training programme, Anne-Marie has become the 8th member of staff at Petty Estate Agents to do so.”
