We are delighted to announce that we are extending our sponsorship deal with Pendle Forest Ladies Hockey team for another year.
During our time supporting Pendle Forest, they have gone through a period of unprecedented success. The team is currently playing in the North Premiership and is the current ladies team of the year with England hockey. They are on a quite unbelievable run of 82 games unbeaten – which must be one for the record books.
In addition, several members of the club have received call ups and interest from the national set up; the latest one being 17 year old, Freya Bythell, and Julie Findon played for England LX at this summer’s GMA World Cup and won the Tournament Trophy. This is testament to the excellent pipeline of talent that keeps coming up through the club’s junior section.
At Petty we always seek to promote our area as a great place to live and part of that involves promoting healthy and active lifestyles. With this in mind, we couldn’t think of a better organisation to support than Pendle Forest Hockey Club and we’re delighted to extend our relationship with them!
