Petty’s ‘Your Village Life’ Magazine Shortlisted In Propertydrum Awards
Burnley based design company, RootFiftyTwo has been shortlisted in the national PROPERTYdrum B2B awards 2012 for its work on Petty’s exclusive property magazine, ‘Your Village Life’. The magazine, which launched in 2010 has been recognised within the ‘Best Magazine’ category in the coveted awards which attract entries from suppliers across the UK and which acknowledge excellence in products and services.
The entry submitted by Kimberley Thompson of RootFiftyTwo showcased how her team has worked with Petty’s in all areas of its advertising and marketing strategy of which Your Village Life plays a pivotal role. The magazine itself has grown in strength year on year, increasing in size from 20 to 52 pages and which now boasts a loyal and growing fan base across the Burnley, Pendle and Barrowford areas in which Petty operates its residential sales and lettings business.
The magazine is produced in conjunction with the team at Kara Rose PR who consider creative story angles, research, write and edit the publication and collectively they ensure the magazine is the perfect mix of properties on the market, lifestyle articles, celebrity interviews and advice columns, supported with advertising of leading players in the region.
Director at Petty’s and member of the Home Sale Network, Ian Bythell, is thrilled with the nomination and said: “Your Village Life was borne when we realised we were committing a high annual budget to do our own advertising in other publications and this provided the perfect route to market which our target audience have very much adopted, giving us a far greater return on investment. The PROPERTYdrum B2B Awards 2012 will be announced at a glamorous black tie dinner at the Lancaster London hotel on 1st May.
