Real All In One is the latest addition to the Petty Real family, with the purpose of this organisation to help Petty Real achieve the overall mission of taking the stress out of the property sector.
In response to the enormous demand for home improvement services, the organisation has already begun trading and you might have already seen the sign written vans driving around the local area.
Real All In One offer services to private dwellings and to landlords needing to update or renovate properties. Petty Real manages around 1000 houses so there is a constant need for the services of plumbers, electricians, painters and decorators, carpenters, and general handymen.
“When you move into a house, it’s one of the most stressful times of your life, and then you have to think about having new carpets laid, tidying up the garden, decorating, well now we’ll do that all for you” says Nigel Gerken, company director.
“All you have to do is pick up the phone and we’ll sort everything, in a reliable and professional manner” he adds.
Real All In One is certainly hitting the ground running. They’ve already got customers on the books, a fleet of vans, and they’ve even signed a deal with renowned local heating engineer and plumbing expert Martyn Law.
Real All In One is just the latest in a series of projects developed by property experts and estate agent Petty Real. They’ve set themselves the mission of becoming a “one-stop-shop” for all things relating to the property market. Previous additions to the family have been Real Financial Advice and Real Legal. All of these services and more will be available at the end of a phone line with the Petty Real Customer Support Centre being set up in the Red Lion building in Burnley town centre.
Members of the public will be able to contact the centre and hall all their property related queries and concerns dealt with in one central location. To put it simply, Petty Real is revolutionising the property industry and it doesn’t end here. This Burnley business has plenty more in store for the future so watch this space.
