Petty’s has once again pledged its support to nurturing local talent by sponsoring the Pendle Sports Awards 2015.
Now in their 10th year, the awards organised by Pendle Leisure Trust and Leader Times Newspapers, has a rich tradition of honouring, supporting and encouraging some of the borough’s best sporting talent.
The awards are aimed at rewarding both sporting excellence and those who operate behind the scenes to make sure all our sporting heroes can actually take to the field of play. This year, Ian Bythell presented the award for Best Sporting Team to Pendle Forest Hockey at a black tie event held at the ACE Centre.
