Petty’s have been shortlisted as a TOP 10 Lettings Agent in the North West Region of the Estate & Letting Agent Awards.
The Estate & Letting Agent Awards, the largest and longest running awards in the industry has announced their shortlist for 2011 and we have been shortlisted as a top 10 letting agent in the North West region.
Known in the trade as The ESTAS, the competition determines the best letting agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. With record entry levels this year, this has proved the toughest year to date since the ESTAS started eight years ago with over 26,000 questionnaires being completed by agents.
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards will be announced by the night’s host, Phil Spencer from Channel 4’s Location, Location at a lavish ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane hotel in London on 15th April.
