We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in Property Firm of the Year category at the coveted Lancashire Business Awards, founded by business networking and lobbying group Downtown in Business.
The accolade follows what has been a fantastic year for the business which has seen us buck trends in property sales as well as consolidate our position on the Preston business scene with a number of acquisitions including the Blackpool-based Errigal Development. The nomination is also not the first this year either, with our very own magazine, Your Village Life being shortlisted in the Property Drum marketing awards.

Now in their sixth year, the Lancashire Business Award winners are set to be announced at a spectacular event at the Stanley House Hotel on 15th November. Attracting around 180 delegates the awards are considered one of the most exclusive events in the local business calendar.
