For the third year running, we’ve been named Relocation Network Agent of the year for the entire North West of England.
The Relocation Agent Network specially selects each of its members, basing criteria on quality of service, local knowledge and professionalism. Affiliated to Cartus, the market leader in global relocation services, Relocation Agent Network members help Cartus move relocating families in and out of areas across England, Scotland and Wales.
Last Friday (22nd Nov) Petty Real team members were invited to a prestigious award ceremony and black-tie dinner hosted in London’s Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel, and we returned having been officially recognised for all hard work they have done over the past year.

Ian Bythell, Director at Petty Real, was very pleased with the award and he gave the following comment:
“This is the third time we’ve won this award and it really goes to show that the hard work we put in hasn’t gone by unnoticed. Petty Real are the only Estate Agent in the North West to be given this level of recognition from the Relocation Agent Network and it means that we can make properties visible across all the other estate agents that are part of the network: a significant advantage in such a competitive industry.
This year’s event included roundtable breakout sessions, each one hosted by an expert in their field. From marketing and social media to compliance and employee engagement, this format gave delegates the opportunity to choose the topics that are most relevant to their specific customers back home.
