Congratulations to Greg Forbes our latest staff member to gain a nationally recognised industry qualification. 28 year old Greg has worked for Petty for 5 years now and as a Lettings Negotiator.
Propertymark Qualifications offer specialist, regulated property qualifications that are completed flexibly through distance learning. This nationally recognised qualification takes about 120 hours of independent study and ensures that agents improve their existing knowledge in the key areas related to lettings and property management so they can stay at the top of their game and continue to learn.
Greg said “It has taken me almost eighteen months of working in my own time to complete the qualification but they do allow you a lot longer than that if necessary to complete this level. It was a challenge at times to fit the studying in around work and life in general but I know it was a worthwhile thing to do. I think it’s important to continually learn and gain as much knowledge as possible. It ultimately helps Petty customers and gives them confidence that we are the best that we can be and it means we offer a great service. It also helps to further my own professional development and hopefully career”
