Petty Chartered Surveyors – Growing into a new office

Share

The company HW Petty and Co., was found in 1928, and opened its first office in Burnley town centre on Manchester Road.  Now part of the Petty Real Group, the Commercial / Professional arm of the business Petty Chartered Surveyors, is relocating to new office premises at the Empire Business Centre off Liverpool Road in Burnley.  They have been based in Burnley town centre for the last 30 years and this move is another chapter within this established company.

The new office is open plan and benefits from the modern facilities associated with this type of development with excellent meeting rooms and ample onsite parking.  It is conveniently located for the M65 and we will be able to service our clients and properties with ease.

Currently there are six members in the team, this will be expanded to seven in June with an 8th employee starting before the end of the year.  Having traded through the Covid19 pandemic, it is a busy office embracing modern working conditions and being well placed for the future.
