It’s been a busy month in our commercial department, we have received two strategically important instructions that will help in the constant improvement of the commercial facilities available in North East Lancashire.

We have been instructed to sell a range of new units that are to be built on the Altham Business Park. Comprising of 8 Units ranging from 764 sq.ft. – 2200 sq.ft. The development is situated on Metcalf Drive within the heart of the popular Altham Industrial Estate.

It is extremely conveniently located for access onto the M65 and there are a number of substantial companies on the estate including The Senator Group and Coach House Antiques. The units are available to purchase and there are already a couple under offer.

The second development is Pendle Business Park, this is a new development where planning permission has recently been obtained for up to 600,000 sq.ft of industrial and warehouse facilities. The new business park is located just off the Padiham bypass in Barrowford and a new roundabout is to be built to provide access.

Phase 1 will comprise units from 1500 sq.ft to 22,500 sq.ft, as well as195,000 sq.ft and all will be finished to an extremely high specification to include 6m eaves, 50 kn/m 2 floor loading, drive-in loading and dedicated service yard and parking.
